Report forms

To let us know about any problems you are having in applying the ITS European Framework Architecture or to request an update, follow these instructions:

Procedure:

Click below to download relevant form (compatible with Microsoft Office 95 / Office 97 / Office 2000)
Open the Workbook and enter your contact details on the FIRST PAGE (Originator details)
Re-save the Workbook so you can use it as a template
Enter your comments/observations etc in the white box on the SECOND PAGE (Problem/update details)
When completed, send by email to: info@frame-online.net
